The HissyFitTM is the first topwater lure to actually look like a baby snake, with a patent-pending design to combine hard and soft plastic components that seamlessly work together to create the most realistic action achievable. The HissyFitTM has a clear plastic, cupped bib on the front that causes it to wobble back and forth on top of the water… as you can imagine, the side-to-side action of the head carries all the way through the trailer installed on the spring screw on the back of the head. Sure, we originally designed this lure to pair up with new LFT 9” Needle Worm and look like a snake, but when we started screwing on some of our other soft-plastics to the back of the HissyFitTM head, we found out just how versatile it really is! Take the new HissyFitTM head and screw on a LFT 3.5” Live Magic Shad to mimic an injured baitfish on the top of the water. Want to downsize the lure’s profile? Screw on a LFT 4.5” Hyper Finesse Worm for a more subtle approach or a LFT 4” Hyper Worm and have that erratic action of the paddle tail. We’ve even caught fish by screwing on the LFT 5.5” Hyper Whack’n Worm sideways to look like frog legs, and twitching the rod to walk it all the way back to the boat. Fact is, this lure is incredibly versatile and Lake Fork Trophy Lures is so excited to bring it to your tackle box!
